Besides the visible username, every Instagram account has a numeric user ID. Instagram assigns it when the account is created, and it stays the same even if the username changes. What information does the Instagram ID finder show?

Is the Instagram ID number a phone number?
No. It is the numeric user ID Instagram assigns to every account. It has nothing to do with the account owner’s phone number.
Can I find the phone number or email of an Instagram account?
No. Phone number, email and location are not public. Services that promise them rely on leaked data or do not deliver. It also does not work the other way round: this tool cannot find an account from a phone number.
