Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 2026-08-19
These standards apply to the app "SocialChecker - Monitoring" (Android package com.oezgueng.socialchecker) and the website socialchecker.app, published by OnlineBuilders LLC. They state unequivocally that child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited on our service, explain how we handle violations, and tell you whom to contact.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
OnlineBuilders LLC explicitly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on SocialChecker - Monitoring. This includes in particular:
- Creating, uploading, storing, sharing, linking to, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — whether photo, video, drawing, AI-generated or text.
- Grooming: contacting minors with the aim of sexual activity or obtaining sexual content.
- Sextortion, trafficking of minors for sexual purposes, sexualization of minors, and any advertising thereof.
- Using the service to observe, track, or archive minors’ content for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
2. Who the service is for
SocialChecker - Monitoring is built for adults and brands who analyze and archive public Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat profiles (competitors, creators, their own accounts). Use is permitted only from age 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country). The app has no chat, no user-to-user contact, and no sharing of content with third parties.
3. Reporting violations (in-app feedback)
Anyone can report violations or suspected cases — no account required:
- In the app: Settings → Support / Feedback → Create ticket (screenshot attachments supported). Tickets go straight to our support team.
- By email to info@socialchecker.app with the subject "Child Safety".
- Via the "Report content" form at socialchecker.app/en/dmca.
4. How we handle CSAM and suspected CSAE
Child-safety reports are handled with top priority — normally within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed we:
- remove the affected content immediately from the app, archive and storage (CDN),
- permanently ban the responsible user account and reserve the right to refuse refunds,
- preserve relevant evidence and report the case to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent law-enforcement authorities (in Germany: BKA / state criminal police offices; in the EU: national hotlines),
- cooperate fully with lawful requests from authorities.
5. Prevention
We only process publicly available profile data from the platforms; private accounts and their content are not retrieved. Users cannot upload their own media to the service (except their own profile picture and screenshots attached to support tickets, which only our team sees). We remove archived content upon a valid request from the person depicted or the rights holder.
6. Compliance with applicable law
OnlineBuilders LLC complies with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2258A et seq. (NCMEC reporting obligations), the EU Digital Services Act, Regulation (EU) 2021/1232, German criminal law (§§ 184b, 184c, 176 ff. StGB), and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy. These standards are reviewed regularly and updated as needed.
